Raiser is built from upward-pointing chevrons that stack up the body and give the armor a sense of lift. It is energetic without being noisy. Two-tone pairings, such as netherite with gold or diamond with emerald, make the chevrons pop.
Where to find the Raiser template
Trail ruins generate in taiga, snowy taiga, old growth taiga, old growth birch forest and jungle biomes. Scan the ground for small clusters of terracotta, mud bricks or stone that look out of place, then start excavating.
Look for suspicious gravel and brush it. Each rare gravel roll has an 8.3% chance of being a Raiser template. Patience matters, since some ruins have only a handful of rare blocks.
Field tips
- Clear the area around a ruin before brushing. Falling gravel can bury the suspicious block you are working on.
- Trail ruins have both common and rare suspicious gravel. Brush every block you find, because you cannot tell them apart by looking.
- Bring spare copper. Brushes wear out quickly on a large dig.

How to duplicate Raiser
Templates are used up at the smithing table, so copy yours before you apply it. The recipe costs seven diamonds and one terracotta, and gives you two templates.
Applying the trim
At a smithing table, put the template in the first slot, the armor piece in the second and your trim material in the third. Repeat for each piece. Each piece takes one template, so a full set needs four.
